There is a sense of freedom being outside and on the water in Southwest Florida. The 18th Annual Estero River Canoe and Kayak Regatta on Sunday afternoon will offer paddlers an opportunity to enjoy that feeling, while benefiting a paraplegic who longs for independence. Josh Stuller, 25, lost many freedoms when a motorcycle crash about seven years ago injured his spinal cord and paralyzed him.
