New boating laws on the horizon

A center-consoled recreational boat cuts across the bow of a barge towing heavy, a jet ski zooms only a few feet from your pier, a group of teenagers plow through a "no-wake" zone, an angler with only fish on his mind never comes off plane in a crowded channel, and a bronzed, too sexy, muscle beach, tank top clad Casanova with way too much boat throws a wake in the harbor and bounces yachts ...

Fly fishing is a little different. First of all, the fly employed by the fisherman to lure the fish from its watery home is not a worm or a baitfish, but rather a combination of feathers, thread and fur. Its meant to look like a dragonfly, grasshopper or another insect, or a smaller fish thats native to the region. There might even be some tinsel involved, like from a Christmas tree.....
