The 18th Annual Estero River Canoe and Kayak Regatta on Sunday afternoon will offer paddlers an opportunity to enjoy that feeling, while benefiting a paraplegic who longs for independence. Josh Stuller, 25, lost many freedoms when a motorcycle crash about seven years ago injured his spinal cord and paralyzed him.
